IT specialist Frontline celebrates project award win

"It is great to be recognised alongside some key names within the Managed Services industry and we want to give a big thank you to the event organisers, Morses Club and of course, the Frontline Team"
Caine Fearn, managing director at Frontline

Cheshire-based IT consultancy, Frontline, has received national award recognition for its implementation of a mobile device management solution which significantly streamlined processes for one the UK’s largest home credit providers.

The consultancy, which specialises in ERP solutions and managed IT services, was awarded ‘Best SMB MSP Project’ at the inaugural Managed Service & Hosting (MSH) Awards in London last week. The accolade was in response to its work with Morses Club.

The financial services company has more than 2000 field agents and nearly 100 branches across the UK. It required a solution that enabled everyone in the company to keep track of business data from anywhere, at any time and securely from multiple devices.

Frontline implemented, and hosts, mobile device management solution, dWatch, which was seamlessly integrated with the back office software used by Morses Club, ensuring a complete end-to-end managed service.

Prior to dWatch, Morses managed its customer data via a paper-based system. With the new managed mobile system, the company has a real time connection between its back office and field agents, templated workflows, visibility to instantly respond to planned changes and it has eliminated the duplication of data entry.

Caine Fearn, managing director at Frontline Consultancy, said: “Morses Club has seen significant business benefits following improvements in its IT systems and it’s a great example of what modern management solutions can do for a business. Seeing how one of our long-standing customers has embraced technology to further improve the service it can provide to more than 200,000 customers, is what we are in business for.

“It is great to be recognised alongside some key names within the Managed Services industry and we want to give a big thank you to the event organisers, Morses Club and of course, the Frontline Team who ensured that this was not only a successful, but award-winning, project”.

Frontline Consultancy has been supporting the IT needs of small, midsized and large enterprises for over 25 years.
