Flat Worth £100,000 Being Given Away For Free

"Hopefully itll make a real difference to the person who ultimately receives it, as we appreciated how hard it is for buyers to purchase property outright in the current climate."
Roy Ledgister

THIS fully-furnished Merseyside flat worth £100,000 is being given away for free.

The attractive property in Liverpool is being gifted by firm Ultimate UK Homes Limited as part of a brand new promotion.

The one-bedroom studio apartment, being billed as ‘for free and forever’, is up for grabs to anyone who simply fills-in an online entry form.

The flat sits in Colonial Chambers, just off the city’s upmarket Dale Street, which was recently redeveloped at a cost of £8m.

Located in the business district, it’s also close to new TOWIE hang-out Sugar Hut Liverpool and a stone’s throw from Beatles paradise Matthew Street.

The building itself is also rich in cultural heritage, having once been a tea warehouse dating back to the Victorian era and when Liverpool was at the heart of global shipping trade.

Ultimate UK Homes Limited Chairman Roy Ledgister explains: “As part of the Ultimate UK Homes launch we’ve agreed to donate one of the studio apartments, free of charge, to the general public.

“Just fill in the free online entry form and keep your fingers crossed.

“And we’re delighted to be able to give something away in the city.

“We hope the apartment is an attractive proposition, seeing as how it’s in a really desirable part of Liverpool and also comes fully furnished.

“It’d prove a good flat for a student or young professional in particular, or the lucky winner may want to rent it out and benefit from the rental income.

“Hopefully it’ll make a real difference to the person who ultimately receives it, as we appreciated how hard it is for buyers to purchase property outright in the current climate.”

Applicants must be 18 and over and Mr Ledgister says the winner will be chosen at random early next year before being announced to the media.

Ultimate Homes, meanwhile, have developments worth £258m either completed or currently underway across the UK.

They also have a sister company, Ultimate UK Homes Finance Limited, who undertake investment mediation in Merseyside, including on properties like The Earle luxury student flats in Wavertree as well as detached and semi-detached homes in Cannon Gardens, St Helens.

Ultimate UK Homes Finance Limited is headquartered in Mayfair, London, and aims to represent a new breed of property investment intermediary.

Ultimate UK Homes Limited list ‘Mini Bonds’ that are will be used by Ultimate UK Homes Limited to develop property.

Mr Ledgister adds: “A new generation requires a new investment option.”
