Mattel Play! Liverpool is planning a month full of Easter fun this April with crafts, competitions and more as the attraction celebrates its 3rd birthday.
The play centre, situated within Liverpool’s Royal Albert Dock, will be open every day throughout the month to mark the arrival of spring and turning 3-years-old.
Young visitors can enter drawing contests each week, upstairs in Wendy’s Workshop, with prizes of a free return trip to Mattel Play!.
There’s the chance to make mini egg-cakes from April 1-22, while on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday the staff will set up a special ‘Spring Trail’ leading children to treats hidden across the venue.
Then, from April 23-28, the third birthday celebrations start with party games on the hour, every hour, plus the chance to eat jelly and ice cream, before grabbing a party goody bag.
What’s more, throughout the month and including the school break, there will be daily live shows with favourite Mattel Play! characters Fireman Sam and Bob the Builder, plus The Fat Controller will be visiting regularly to read stories and greet visitors.
