Chris Devaney, Operations Manager for RLB

Tickets are now on sale for Royal Liver Building 360 tours as the countdown to its opening draws nearer.

The operators, Heritage Great Britain, today unveiled a new website and online booking system for Liverpool’s newest visitor experience.

Bookings will initially be available from May 2019 onwards, with earlier dates being released once the official opening date is revealed.

A new team, brought in to manage the forthcoming attraction, has also been announced, led by Sales and Events manager Alexandra Bower, a former event planner at Tate Liverpool, and new Attractions Manager Sharon Cooney, formerly of Museum of Liverpool.

The team will be tasked with preparing the venue for launch and looking after visitors once it opens in spring.

RLB360 will offer guided public tours of the Grade I-listed building’s clock tower and 15th floor for the very first time, unlocking breathtaking 360° views across the River Mersey, Liverpool docks and the city beyond.

A new visitor centre and gift shop is nearing completion in the lower ground floor where the building’s history will start to come to life.

The tour will also give access to the 10th floor balcony where guests will get their first taste of the panoramic views on offer, before climbing to the clock room to see an immersive, audio-visual film experience projected onto the walls.

Chris Devaney, Operations Manager for RLB360, said:

“With a new website, booking system and experienced team in place, we’re ready to bring a truly world-class visitor experience to the Royal Liver Building.

“We look forward to delivering a true ‘bucket list’ experience, both for people who live on Merseyside and visitors to the city.

“Each tour will take around 70 minutes and we’ve limited groups to 14 people per time slot to ensure everyone gets a great view and the chance to capture images to last a lifetime.”

Tickets for Royal Liver Building 360 are on sale now, available from the new website: www.rlb360.com

The attraction’s official spring 2019 opening date will be announced soon.
