Glaisyers Solicitors LLP has represented ETL Global, an international professional services firm, in its investment in leading, top 40, London chartered accountants and business advisors, SRLV.
At a time when Brexit is creating a fair amount of uncertainty – ETL Global continues to invest in UK companies. Showing continued commitment to the UK market with its 28th UK acquisition – the global network is bucking the trend of other international companies by focusing on strong growth of its UK professional services offering.
Glaisyers has a wide depth of expertise and, in recent months, experienced significant growth itself, proving again its ability and expertise to work on high-level SME deals, representing the international group in its UK growth plans.
The firm’s corporate department, led by Akbar Ali, worked closely with key stakeholders, propelling SRLV into its next stage of business, creating the right structure for immediate growth, ahead of its move to larger premises.

The firm’s specialisms include: accounting, corporate finance, tax planning, wealth management and business consulting.
