A pioneering health initiative put together by business and real-life partners David Barnicle and Natasha Wilksberg is creating wellness waves across the region.
Healthy Souls Liverpool has acquired an impressive fan base and a large loyal following enabling the company to bring their most high-profile guest Anastasis Tzanis to date to the city tomorrow, Saturday June 9th 2018.
Taking place in St. Bride’s Church between 1pm and 3pm, David explained why the event is being held and their inspiration behind Healthy Souls.
“We want to connect the people in Liverpool with experts in the field of yoga and health and wellbeing generally. We want to provide powerful information from the best minds in the business, to aid people in their quest for wellness. That’s what we have in Anastasis Tzanis tomorrow.
“Events like this are part of Healthy Souls monthly with the elements of food and conversation combined with yoga providing a greater sense of wellbeing for attendees.”
"Anastasis is a much sought-after yoga teacher in London due to his expertise in many areas and how he combines yoga and functional movement with diet, nutrition and more specifically nutrigenomics. "
Speaking about what attendees will get out of the event, Natasha enthused: “There’ll be a great hour of yoga from a revered expert, not to mention some inspiring information to aid everyone with food and diet choice.
“It is a real exclusive for us and everybody attending too. Anastasis is a much sought-after yoga teacher in London due to his expertise in many areas and how he combines yoga and functional movement with diet, nutrition and more specifically nutrigenomics. Liverpool hasn’t previously been privileged to welcome someone of such stature and his unique skill set. Enjoy yourself whilst taking care of yourself is the theme.”
David added: “Tomorrow’s event promises to be a dedicated spiritual practice rounded off with powerful information from a highly qualified clinical nutritionist. The event will cater for numerous aspects of people’s wellbeing all in one afternoon.
“The format combined with the setting - St Brides Church, a beautiful community space also gives rise to a social atmosphere which is conducive to overall health and a real feel good factor.”
