Brodericks Returns To Irish Roots With Choral Cup Campaign & Account Wins

"We're now laying the foundations for similar success on our family's home turf in Ireland, as we believe these qualities have universal appeal."
Peter Broderick, Director

Manchester-based Broderick’s, the leading vending and refreshments business (www.brodericks.co.uk), has celebrated a return to its founding family’s Irish roots with news of a number of prestigious contract wins.

Broderick’s Dublin-based Irish team has scooped a take away cup and lid contract with Applegreen Plc, one of Ireland’s largest independent motorway service station groups.

Applegreen teamed up with Broderick’s to launch its innovative ‘Sing When You’re Winning’ forecourt promotion.  Ten lucky customers who chose to re-fuel their refreshments - as well as their fuel tank - at an Applegreen petrol station, have won fabulous prizes of 1,000 Euros worth of free fuel.

The lucky winners in the recent promotion were congratulated on their win by a Broderick’s singing coffee cup that also changed colour and design in front of their eyes for the big reveal, as it delivered the good news in its own inimitable way!

This news comes hot on the heels of account wins that see Broderick’s delivering multiple bean-to-cup and fresh brew installations for both the Irish Stock Exchange and Nightline Logistics Group.

Broderick’s won the contract to provide both the Irish Stock Exchange and Nightline Logistics Group bean-to-cup coffee and fresh brew machines following on site trials and competitive pitches that were a massive hit with the staff and management, thanks to the product quality, choice, stand-out after-sales service and vending innovation.

The Irish Stock Exchange is now benefitting from state-of-the-art SO-Pure coffee machines, with integral media screens, which allows the ISE to display its branding and key messages to its team and customers.  With Swiss designed-and-built ‘brewers’, the machines deliver delicious freshly ground coffee: the ideal fit for this prestigious client.  Nightline Logistics, meanwhile, now has Broderick’s cost neutral fresh brew solutions across five locations in Dublin.

Commenting on the recent stellar account wins in Ireland, director Peter Broderick observed: “We’re delighted that our Dublin team has secured accounts with such high profile organisations less than a year since we launched our Dublin show room.  Add to this our recent Michelin tyres account win, which sees us installing vending machines at the tyre company’s site in Ballymena and it’s exciting times for the Broderick’s brand in Ireland.

“We’ve been delivering quality products, outstanding after-sales service and innovation in the vending sector throughout the UK for almost 50 years - since Broderick’s was founded in Manchester.  We’re now laying the foundations for similar success on our family’s home turf in Ireland, as we believe these qualities have universal appeal.’’
