Successful First Half Includes Recruitment to National and Central Teams for Davenham Asset Finance

"Thanks to the long-standing relationships we have built with brokers and introducers over the years, we've completed a large number of asset finance and refinance deals for businesses wanting grow"
Paul Burke, Managing Director

After a very successful start to the year securing asset finance deals for a range of client scenarios including management buy ins, Manchester headquartered Davenham Asset Finance is looking to expand their team having already recruited two new Business Development Managers and additional central support staff.

Recently appointing Adam Bamforth and Chris Lambert to a team headed up by Sales Director, Paul Lovelock, the range of skills and experience offered by the Davenham Asset Finance team has strengthened even more in this crucial growth period.

Chris Lambert (pictured left) brings 11 years’ experience in national sales roles including with a merchant acquiring company fulfilling bespoke funding requirements. Chris’s tailored approach to each of the brokers and clients covering the Midlands over to the east coast of Norfolk, has helped him deliver on a range of finance deals, including most recently, releasing equity for a biomass company from two prestige cars owned by the business, where solutions included initiating a legal process to resolve title deed issues.

Covering the North East & North West of the country for Davenham Asset Finance, Adam Bamforth (pictured right) offers brokers 15 years' experience in relationship management roles with major finance names including Lombard and other key brands in the commercial & private banking sector. Already, Adam has already completed a number of deals, highlighting the support for small businesses that Davenham can provide, in addition to the larger 3-figure deals the firm has recently financed.

To aid the increased volume of deals coming in, Davenham have hired Stacey Dennison (pictured centre) in a New Business Support role who has already established great connections with the firm’s national broker network.

Given the uncertainty dictated by the political climate, Davenham are seeing businesses staying strong and focusing on continued success, preparing for any challenges they may face such as cash-flow or a change in supply / demand by releasing funds from their assets.

Paul Burke, Managing Director, comments on the expansion of the teams, saying “Thanks to the long-standing relationships we have built with brokers and introducers over the years, who trust in the professionalism and experience of our team, we've completed a large number of asset finance and refinance deals for a range of purposes with an increase in businesses wanting to raise funds for growth."
