Residents and guests at the newly constructed Finney House Luxury Care Residence in Preston will be greeted with an array of premium quality signage and graphics which have been designed, manufactured and installed by local signage company Lustalux.
Part of a two year programme of investment, the three storey state of the art Residential & General Nursing Facility will provide up to 96 residents with the latest diagnostic services, treatment and care, in modern, luxurious surroundings.
The expert team at Lustalux were commissioned to supply & install a full range of interior and exterior signage which was all designed to complement the vibrant branding of client L&M Healthcare.
Known for producing and installing creative eye catching window films, graphics and signage for a selection of big name brands and public sector organisations across the UK, Lustalux were hired to specify, design, manufacture and install internal room and directional signs, window manifestations, external stainless steel lettering and a large free-standing monolith sign.

Our Signage and Graphics Consultant, Robin Longton, worked closely with L&M Healthcare to ensure that all the products installed were in keeping with the stylish decor and would deliver a practical yet luxurious feel throughout the new facility.”
Robin added: “Given the exceptionally high level of finish throughout the building it was important that our signage reflected the luxury feel, yet was practical and user-friendly.
We achieved this by using premium quality materials such as polar frosted acrylic and marine-grade stainless steel. The client is delighted with the end result, which was all manufactured and installed in time for handover”
Finney House will open its doors to the public for a summer open day on Saturday 6th August 2016. The day will feature a bouncy castle, face painting, tombola and lots of other great entertainment.
