More than 200 guests will be supporting R Charity's Royal Liverpool Hospital Ball this Friday 6th Sept at the Hilton Liverpool.
Hosted by Radio City’s Simon Greening and Pete Price, staff, suppliers and supporters will be joining in to celebrate the amazing work of the hospitals.
All funds raised on the night will go towards the purchase of a vital piece of equipment for the Urology team at the Royal that will help to detect and diagnose Prostate Cancer.
June Bernicoff from Goggle Box will be joining in on the night and said: "I am delighted to be supporting the Royal Liverpool Hospital Charity Ball as I have always been a great supporter of the NHS. More recently I witnessed first-hand the outstanding dedication and commitment shown to patients by the NHS staff, and I am eternally grateful for all that they did."
R Charity which raises funds to purchase specialist equipment and improve facilities for patients and staff at both the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals, is organising the charity ball for the fourth year in succession. More than £100,000 has been raised to date.
