Staff from Regenda Homes, based in Liverpool City Centre, took part in a range of activities with some braver members of staff volunteering to get soaked by their colleagues.
Ian Warren, Director of People’s Services at Regenda Homes, appeared to be the most popular target on the day as staff lined up to take aim with wet sponges.
There were also mocktails on sale and a coconut shy to help raise some extra funds.
The staff raised £161.90 for Centre 56, which will help the charity continue to run vital services from its base in north Liverpool.
Centre 56 provides childcare, information and support for women and children who have suffered or are at risk of domestic abuse.
Chris Long, Customer Services Manager at Regenda Homes, said: “We love fundraising for fantastic causes here at Regenda Homes and I was delighted that so many staff took time out of their lunch breaks to take part.
“I would like to thank all the staff who volunteered to get in the stocks, make mocktails and run the coconut shy.
“Centre 56 is an amazing charity which does very important work for women and families in the city.”
