"I am mission to spread the message that whatever your background, whatever troubles you have faced, whatever level you are at, we can all FlyAnyway."
Dani Wallace

Impossible Manchester, Peter St, is set to host powerhouse female entrepreneurs on Thursday 27th February for what is sure to be one of the most exciting, energetic and empowering business events of the year for women.

Celebrity Inspirational Motivational Speaker, Dani Wallace, 36 is an entrepreneurial mum of 3 who has overcome homelessness as a single parent, domestic violence and years of self-sabotage. She recalls: “I was beating myself up because I felt I was a failure, I felt it was my fault and I could have chosen better. I was sat in my car and I decided I could either end it for myself and make it easier for everybody or take responsibility and pull back control, putting myself in the driving seat. I felt life was happening to me, so I decided to make the changes and ask for help. There was no other way. I wanted a better life for my kids. I was too frightened to access services as I felt shame. But as soon as I asked for help, things got better. At the time I was doing a lot of strength-based leadership topics at work and not actually applying these things to myself. So I began to apply the theories and strategies to myself. I started consuming better things, rather than watching TV. I read books and learnt new things, by doing training courses at work. I ended up growing in the coaching field and I made an impact.”

Dani then moved into senior leadership trainer in the corporate space and worked in the industry for over a decade. Dani set up the ‘I am Queen Bee Movement’ 18months ago; she remembers: “I was really down and watching The Bee Movie and there was this quote: ‘According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyways. Because bees don’t care what humans think is impossible.’  Dani is now on a global mission to spread the message that whatever your background, whatever troubles you have faced, whatever level you are at, we can #FlyAnyway.

Via the I Am The Queen Bee Movement, Dani now runs sell out live events, a global online community, has a YouTube Channel and mentors women delivering her message that despite what we have faced we can step up and into success.

A mum of 3, businesswoman, coach, fearless leader and all-round motivator, Dani will kick off the event in Manchester, with an exceptional group of 10 leading females from across the UK and beyond, from all sectors; including Atomic Kitten and Skin Specialist, Natasha Hamilton who embarked on a new career following pop success is sharing her story and encouraging others to not be afraid to go out of their comfort zone.  Dani will also be joined on stage by Manchester-based, Victoria Lysaght, illustrator and mother who is on a mission to spread self-love and positivity through her creative doodle workshops ‘Wonderful Me’. Victoria has lived with Alopecia since she was just nine years old and finally lost all of her hair in her mid-thirties.  Victoria Lysaght said: "I remember looking in the mirror sobbing, wondering how I could ever be me without my hair.  It was then that I realised how much I had allowed my Alopecia to effect my self-esteem over the years and just how much my lack of self-love had negatively impacted my entire life. So, I made a decision there and then to focus on the positives of my condition, to celebrate who I was, to remind myself of my strengths and give myself a dose of well over-due self-love. It was like a light going on, my life immediately began to change for the better and the happier and more confident I became."

All 10-keynote speakers at the event are sure to inspire, promising an exciting day that will leave attendees (weather they’re in person or watching online) brimming with positivity and buzzing about the value of sisterhood.

Host, Dani Wallace said; “I chose Manchester to host the event for its reputation as a city of opportunity.  I am so excited for this forthcoming event and can’t wait to hear from all of the amazingly inspirational speakers who are all sharing their powerful stories of overcoming barriers and succeeding. I am mission to spread the message that whatever your background, whatever troubles you have faced, whatever level you are at, we can all #FlyAnyway.”
