Altrincham-based legal recruitment consultancy Realm Recruit has enjoyed an exciting few weeks, with the firm’s director being shortlisted for a prominent business award and the promotion of three key members of staff.
At the end of last week, JCI Manchester announced the shortlists for the 2016 Manchester Young Talent Awards. Realm were delighted to discover that director Duane Cormell had been nominated for the award of Talent and Recruiter of the Year. The entire team will be attending the awards ceremony to support Duane, which will be held in November at the Imperial War Museum North.
The nomination rounded off an eventful few weeks for the company, following the promotion of recruiters Chris Heathcote, Joseph Shenton and Matthew Goddard. All three joined Realm earlier in the year and have quickly demonstrated their hard work and commitment to the firm. They each progressed through the company’s comprehensive training programme in preparation for their new positions. Chris will operate as a Resourcer, while Joseph and Matthew are now Consultants.
The trio’s promotions, along with Duane’s nomination, demonstrate the impressive start Realm Recruit has enjoyed since its launch in November 2015. In less than a year, the firm has gone from strength to strength and has established itself as a pioneer in Manchester’s competitive recruitment sector.
