Previously on Lloyd Street, the company’s relocation was motivated by feedback from its people satisfaction team ‘YourVoice’ which expressed a need for an environment more conducive to the brand and supportive of employee wellbeing. Additional space was also required to accommodate a growing workforce.
Delivered by an in-house team, the uncompromisingly stylish design has transformed a blank canvas mezzanine suite with little direct access to daylight into a bright, flexible and memorable workspace. Using a colour palette of white and blush pink, lifted by copper accessories and creative planting to add a biophilic splash of green, the floorplate features no less than ten separate work settings from electronic height adjustable desks, through to a striking blue meeting room, informal ‘dug out’ area for team collaboration, director’s den and library. Tiled columns, statement doorways and a chevron runway through the centre of the office all add a level of detail and interest to the space.
Wayne Taylor, CEO at Space Zero, said: “Although it’s still early days, we have already seen a huge culture shift in the office, the general feeling is much more positive, the team is more enthusiastic and motivated to create inspirational environments for our clients. Staff are happier spending time onsite, and they are staying and working longer as a result. Plus, we have seen a reduction in staff sick days.”

Space Zero moved into the Zenith Building in 2016 on an 8 year lease. The fit out was delivered by Entire Projects.
