Strong demand for Junction 8 Trade & Business Park with series of new lettings

A series of new lettings totalling over 55,000 sq ft have been secured at the revamped Junction 8 Trade & Business Park in Ellesmere Port, located just off Junction 8 of the M53.

Commercial agent Hitchcock Wright & Partners has announced a total of nine lettings totalling more than 55,000 sq ft at the Cheshire business park, including 15,000 sq ft to a national transport provider.

Completed transactions include Granite Transformations (3,000 sq ft), Junction 8 Tile and Stone (10,500 sq ft), Rexel, Beplas and FP&S (5,000 sq ft), a national supplier of truck and van parts.

Major occupiers at the site include Screwfix, Plumb Centre, Speedy Hire, Benchmarx, Arco and Toolstation.

Only two 5,000 sq ft units remain at the business park at competitive quoting rents.

The park has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment with units benefitting from new profiled steel cladding to elevations and roofs, enhanced landscaping, site-wide CCTV and motorised roller shutter doors.
