Bluerow Homes has received its licence from the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

Bluerow Homes given licence to sell

"As a growing business its essential that all of our clients are fully confident in our professionalism, and the NAEA licence reflects the high standard and integrity of our services."
Helen Griffin-Booth, director

The Liverpool-based sales and lettings agency is now fully licenced in residential sales, having launched its new sales division earlier this year.

The NAEA is the leading professional body for UK estate agents, working to establish professionalism and best practice within the industry. The licence ensures that at least one agent within a branch is fully qualified in residential sales.

Director Helen Griffin-Booth undertook a rigorous examination process to achieve the accreditation. The firm will now undergo 12 hours of continued professional development every year to keep up to date with latest industry developments and best practice.

Helen says: “As a growing business it’s essential that all of our clients are fully confident in our professionalism, and the NAEA licence reflects the high standard and integrity of our services.

“It’s certainly been an exciting year for Bluerow Homes. 2016 has seen the launch of our new residential sales division, alongside the opening of our brand new city centre location, and so it’s an incredible achievement to be fully licensed in residential sales. We now have our sights firmly set on 2017, and this latest accomplishment has set the bar high for things to come.”

Peter Bolton King, chief executive of the NAEA, says: “I am delighted to confirm that Bluerow Homes is now fully licensed. In a difficult economic time it is important for anyone placing a home on the market to use a professional, knowledgeable agent. NAEA members know their local area and know their local market. That is very important to consumers.

“We would like all sellers and buyers to ask their prospective agents, ‘Do you have an NAEA licence?’. If they don’t, they should ask themselves whether that’s the agent from whom they will get the best service when marketing their property.”
