Property specialist, Helen Gardner has launched My Next Place, a new breed of estate agent in Cheshire, combining the best of traditional high street experiences with an innovative edge.
My Next Place, based on Church Street, Wilmslow, fulfils a gap in the market for a professional, personable service that is underpinned by an entrepreneurial approach, such as personalised videos of properties to demonstrate local market intelligence and maximise social audiences.
Built on the back of a successful career growing Nottingham-based lettings agent, Katie Homes, My Next Place is the brainchild of Helen Gardner who sold her stake in her former business to concentrate on a new venture, having relocated to Cheshire.
My Next Place provides residential sales, lettings and commercial property services in the South Manchester region.
While online estate agents have been increasingly prolific, given the changing habits of digital-savvy clients, Helen believes there is a place for emerging technologies, embedded in a friendly, insightful high street presence to bring the best of both worlds.
