Unicorn Cosmetics, the Kent-based make-up, lashes and accessories company, has chosen Manchester digital marketing agency Return to take charge of its paid search and social efforts.
Return will also deliver conversion rate optimisation campaigns for the beauty brand, which was launched in September 2016 by self-confessed ‘unicorn beauty’ obsessive Mel Blue.
Originally from Newcastle, Mel founded the business after struggling to find the perfect natural eyelash on the market. Since launching, the brand has experienced extremely impressive growth, having largely sold its products through retailers including Beauty Bay, Urban Outfitters and Dolls Kill in the US.
Unicorn prides itself on delivering innovative products. For example, in the run-up to Halloween, the company launched a range of unicorn horn-shaped, colour-changing make-up brushes, which came packaged in a special coffin bag.
Unicorn Cosmetics is the latest beauty brand to partner with Return. Earlier this year, the agency was chosen by award-winning hair extensions company Beauty Works to take control of its paid media campaigns.
