Enterprise City UK Launch Festival, Wednesday 26th April 2017, 1pm – 10pm, Stage One – Old Granada Studios

 

The line-up to a major Manchester business and creative festival, the largest of its kind anywhere in the UK, has been announced today. Hosted over five main stages plus other key spaces, the headliners at the Enterprise City UK Festival on Wednesday 26th April include James Brown, founder of Loaded magazine and former editor of GQ; Piers Linney, serial entrepreneur and former dragon on Dragons’ Den and the creators of the Crystal Maze live game experience.

 

Enterprise City UK Festival is all free to attend – guests book one free place and get access to over 30 events throughout the day. Other expert panellists taking part in and leading sessions include those from Soho House, White Rabbit Fund, Creative Review, Wallpaper*, Nuuk Digital, The Social Chain and many more of the UK’s finest business and creative minds.

 

The five main stages of the Enterprise City UK Festival are the Innovation Stage, the Disruption & Discussion Stage, the NxNW Tech Stage and two Workshop & Makers Stages, which will host events throughout the day from 2pm, after the official launch and welcome from Michael Ingall, CEO of Allied London, the creators of the festival. Additional breakout sessions, activities and entertainment will also be offered throughout the day at Food & Drink Island and the Cinema Room.

 

The festival heralds the official launch of Enterprise City UK – a global creative, business and hospitality ‘eco-system’. Based in the heart of the thriving St. John’s area of Manchester city centre, Enterprise City UK comprises five distinctive buildings and complexes -  Old Granada Studios, Manchester Goods Yard, South Village, Bonded Warehouse and Campfield Market  – all featuring a mixture of workspace, cafés, restaurants and retail.
