BCL Legal named one of the UK’s best places to work by Sunday Times for the second year running
For the second year in a row, BCL Legal Recruitment (www.bcllegal.co.uk) - one of the UK’s most successful legal recruitment specialists - has appeared in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For.
And the Manchester-based company is celebrating a double win. This year, they appear at number 56 in the list, eight places up from last year’s 64th position.

Wellbeing at BCL Legal ranks the highest in the Sunday Times survey with 74 per cent of the organisation praising the care offered to staff. Employees also appreciate the flexible working hours, the support of managers and realistic deadlines.
The company, who also has offices in London and Birmingham, score highly with 89 per cent of the employees feeling that the place runs on sound principles, and 90 per cent agreeing that there is a genuine feeling of care amongst colleagues.
According to the Sunday Times, 92 per cent of the BCL Legal team commend the strong values of the business while others approve the taking up of staff suggestions like the provision of healthcare, user-friendly smart phones and life assurance.
