Liverpool based law firm Cassell Moore has appointed Peter Barlow to head up its growing real estate team.
 
Peter Barlow, who is recognised as a key lawyer in the Legal 500 UK and Chambers & Partners UK, joins from Hill Dickinson where he worked for twenty years and was a senior equity Partner for over 13 years.
 
He specialises in multi-million pound sales and acquisitions, funding agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements and landlord and tenant agreements.
 
His clients typically include commercial organisations, registered social landlords, NHS bodies, local authorities and other public and private sector clients.
 
During his career he has been responsible for the transfer of housing stock to, and complex site acquisitions for, registered social landlords and has advised on many major NHS projects. He also oversaw the delivery of services to local authorities involved in the Housing Market Renewal Initiative and has, in recent years, been advising on large scale acquisitions for retail sector clients.
