Chambers has been ranking the best lawyers since 1990, and now covers 185 jurisdictions.

It lists strengths as:

"They are friendly, professional, extremely effective advocates who always seek the best possible outcome."

"They have invested a lot of time and energy in building effective working relationships with clients."

Work highlights include obtaining the first without notice injunction at Preston Country Court under the provisions of the Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 on behalf of Twin Valley, to stop the behaviour of a tenant who had physically assaulted a neighbour and damaged their property.

Forbes also secured five antisocial behaviour injunctions for Chevin Housing Association against individuals who had caused numerous complaints from neighbours due to drunken, abusive and violent behaviour.

Earlier this year Forbes Solicitors received 31 recommendations for its lawyers and services in the 2016 Legal 500 rankings, with Lucy Worrall included in the elite "Leading Lawyers" list for Real Estate and Social Housing.
