Leading North West law firm SAS Daniels has welcomed three new solicitors to strengthen its Chester-based legal teams.

Annest Smith joins the firm’s Dispute Resolution team from GHP Legal in Wrexham as a Solicitor. Annest has experience in all types of commercial dispute resolution and specialises in property litigation and disputes regarding wills and estates. As a Welsh speaker, Annest will support the firm’s profile with clients in North Wales.

Claire Porter has been appointed as an Associate Solicitor in the Family team and joins the firm from another local Chester firm. Claire will be supporting the further growth of the family practice in Chester. Claire advises on all aspects of divorce including financial settlements and the complex issues relating to children when a relationship breaks down. Claire is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist in private children law and domestic abuse.

The firm also welcomes Laura Nield, an experienced solicitor in the Residential Property team. Laura will add further strength to one of Chester’s most highly regarded property legal teams headed up by Partner Andrew Clark, as the region’s property boom continues.
