Tom Wordsworth, a paralegal in the family law team at Linder Myers’ Chester office, has won the much coveted global accolade, the Dr Thomas Marx Award.
 
The Dr Thomas Marx Award is open to young lawyers, aged 35 or less, working for a CONSULEGIS member firm and to in-house lawyer members. 

CONSULEGIS is an international network of independent law firms, in-house lawyers and related professional advisors.  The network includes members in more than 45 countries and 150 cities globally.  The award itself attracts entries from lawyers around the world with applicants submitting a paper on a relevant international law subject.

Tom, who will collect his award at CONSULEGIS’ Autumn Conference in Cape Town submitted his paper on ‘The Comparative Enforceability of Nuptial Agreements in England and Wales and Around The World’.

Commenting on the award, Tom Wordsworth said:

“It is a privilege and an honour to win the Dr Thomas Marx Award 2015, especially when judged among many worthy peers.   I am very much looking forward to attending the conference in South Africa and would like to thank the team at Linder Myers for all their support.”
