Applications Open for a Place on Fusion21s Facilities Management Framework

""

Huyton-based procurement organisation and social enterprise Fusion21, has announced maintenance and facilities management specialists can now apply for a place on its renewed national Compliance and Facilities Management framework.

The firm – which specialises in the procurement of services for property, construction and the built environment – provides national procurement and community regeneration services to more than 200 public sector members across the UK, including social landlords, local authorities, universities and NHS Trusts.

Renewed on average every four years, procurement frameworks help public sector organisations to make smarter and more flexible buying choices - providing value for money. These frameworks also provide access to a wide range of specialist contractors, who have been quality checked and meet compliance guidelines.

Fusion21’s latest framework renewal is worth up to £290 million over a period of four years – and will offer access to services in the areas of facilities management; asbestos; water hygiene; fire safety; and electrical safety.

Phil Woodhead, Facilities Management Framework Manager at Fusion21, said: “This framework has been improved to better support property compliance and safety needs – and will ensure our members continue to make greater savings.

“The framework will be available on the mytenders web portal – www.mytenders.org – in the next few days. We welcome applications from organisations that meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation.”

The submission deadline for the Compliance and Facilities Management Framework is Thursday 19 January 2017 at 16:00 GMT.

Committed to making a positive difference to its members and their communities - Fusion21 has delivered £147 million savings, created more than 3,400 jobs and generated £59 million of community impact.
